(3/14/2022) Sacramento, CA … There will be a stout $40,000 bonus on the line when the Northern Auto Racing Club Fujitsu General USA sprint car tour invades the Pacific Northwest over the Memorial Day weekend. The huge incentive will be paid to any driver who can sweep all four shows during the Fastest Four Days in Motorsports.
The four-day blast of 410 sprint car racing kicks off on Thursday, May 26th at Southern Oregon Speedway in Central Point, OR. From there it’s a trip up Interstate 5 to Willamette Speedway in Lebanon, OR on the 27th, followed by a big two-day show at Grays Harbor Raceway in Elma, WA on May 28-29th. Each show pays $5,000 to win.
“We were already excited to have the NARC King of the West 410 sprint cars come visit us in Oregon and Washington, “said Grays Harbor promoter Bert Johnson. “When we add this promotion to the mix, competition is going to reach a whole new level. Race fans are going to be in for four great days of racing.”
In the event a driver doesn’t sweep, there is still a $5000 bonus for any driver that can claim three of the four events. The two insurance-policy promotions are not combined. The maximum bonus is $40,000.
Among the teams that have already committed to tow from California including 2019 series champ DJ Netto of Hanford (Netto 88N); Hanford brother’s Mitchell ( Tarlton 21) and Michael Faccinto ( Phulps 56); Billy Aton of Benicia ( Aton 26); Joel Myers Jr. (Vertullo 83V); 2017 series titleist Bud Kaeding of Campbell (Kaeding 69); Colfax driver Willie Croft (Croft 29); two-time series champ Tim Kaeding of San Jose (Bates-Hamilton 42x); Paso Robles’ JJ Ringo (Keller 2K); Shane Golobic of Elk Grove (Wood 17); Aromas driver Justin Sanders; Australian Kerry Madsen (Roth 83); and defending series champion Dominic Scelzi of Fresno (Scelzi 41).
